Want to go hiking? The commune of Moliets boasts several signposted seaside trails spread over an area of more than 2,000 hectares. Most cross the pine forest, the beach or the nature reserve of the Courant d’Huchet, the coastal river that links the Etang de Léon to the ocean.
The seasidecampsite in the Landes region, also 200 meters from the Moliets golf course. Excellent news for lovers of the little white ball and the beach. It has two courses (18 and 9 holes) and stands out for its exceptional natural setting.
From the golf course and campsite, you can cycle along several secure cycle paths along the Landes coastline. The Landes department is a paradise for cycle touring, as the gradient is relatively low and the trails have been laid out in the heart of nature and by the sea, mainly in the forest. You can hop on your bike and explore the beaches of Vielle-Saint-Girons, Vieux-Boucau or Seignosse, or the lakes of Léon and Soustons.

The South-West of France offers holidaymakers numerous destinations with breathtaking scenery. In this case, the region comprises three departments on the Atlantic seaboard: Gironde, Pyrénées-Atlantiques and Landes. These three locations offer a total of 270 kilometers of coastline. Among the most popular destinations are the seaside resorts of the Landes region. Ondres, Labenne, Tarnos, Mimizan, Contis-Plage and Lit-et-Mixe are just some of the popular destinations. They are all the more popular for their beaches, which, together with the surrounding countryside, form a peaceful and rejuvenating setting for a thalasso weekend in the South-West. A thalasso holiday is an interesting way to discover the Landes or other nearby destinations. This allows you to enjoy the benefits of sea air, seaweed and more, preferably with your family. Just a change of scenery is good for well-being, enabling holidaymakers to overcome a period of stress or ongoing fatigue, for example. In addition to the wellness benefits, the freshness of the sea air also contributes to improved health. Above all, sea air is rich in natural oxygen and negative ions. The latter are in fact fine particles that enable the body to better resist daily aggressions and thus be less prone to fatigue, stress or pain.
